How to eat Garlic effectively?

It is said that garlic has protective effective on heart disease, stroke, hypertension and cancer. However, it is also said that if you eat garlic straight, you won't get these protective effects. However small the garlic cove is, first wash it properly and cut into pieces, and leave them for about 15 minutes. Only then you will get these protective effects.
However, one recent study stated that "they found no evidence that garlic has protective actions against these diseases". Please note the usage of "found no evidence", as it doesn't mean "no protection". It simply means the scientists cannot (yet) find any evidence for the protective action of garlic.


ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴ ဘယ္လို စားမလဲ

ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴမွာ နွလံုး၊ ေသြးတိုး၊ ေလျဖတ္နဲ႔ ကင္စာ ေရာဂါေတြကို ကာကြယ္ နိုင္တဲ့ အစြမ္း ရွိတယ္လို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴကို ဒီအတိုင္း စားရင္ေတာ့ ဒီအစြမ္းေတြ မရနိုင္ဘူးလို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္။ ဘယ္ေလာက္ ေသးတဲ့ ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴ ဥပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္၊ ေရေဆး ၿပီး ဓါးနဲ႔စိတ၊္ ၿပီးရင္ ၁၅ မိနစ္ေလာက္ ေလသလပ္ ခံထားရပါမယ္။ ဒီေတာ့ မွ ဒီအစြမ္းထက္တဲ့ အာနိသင္ေတြ ရနိုင္မယ္လို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။

(အခုေနာက္ဆံုး ထြက္တဲ့ သုေတသန စာတမ္း တစ္ေစာင္မွာေတာ့ ၾကက္သြန္ျဖဴဟာ ဒီေရာဂါေတြကို “ထူးထူး ျခားျခား ကာကြယ္ ေပးနိုင္တဲ့ အစြမ္း မေတြရ ဘူး” လို႔ ဆိုျပန္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ “မကာကြယ္ နိုင္ဘူး” လို႔ ေျပာတာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ မေတြ႔ရဘူး (No Evidence) ဆိုတာက မဟုတ္ဘူး (No) လို႔ မဆိုလို ပါဘူး။)
