A Japanese foundation had obtained some photographs of old Myanmar ancient parabaiks (documents) from a number of collectors and made them available on the internet free of charge. These consist of a number of parabaiks with a wide range of topics from astrology and traditional medicine to court proceedings, contracts, loan contracts and many other documents that reflect the socio-economic situation of ancient Myanmar.
